In the event that an item must be returned for exchange, credit, or refund, please follow these steps:
First, obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
You will need the following information to submit a request and receive an RMA number:

-- Order Number and Purchase Date
-- Item Part Number(s) or Description
-- Description of the problem
To obtain an RMA, call us first to get an RMA form
Second, send the item(s) being returned to the Everythingcellphones Returns Dept. address that will be provided when you receive an RMA number. On your shipment, please note your RMA number and include a copy of the sales order. Return shipping costs on warranty replacement items and errors on our behalf will be the responsibility of CellPhoneMall; otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a refund, the refund will be credited to the customer upon receipt, in good physical condition, of 100% of the returned items, including covers, cases, product documentation, product packaging, and any free accessories associated with the order.
